Provision of patient feeding that includes either cook/chill or cook/frozen. To provide staff and visitor restaurant services, breakfast and lunch (weekdays only), and all vending services including food and drinks. To provide weekday coffee bar and light catering facilities in a separate social location used by staff and contractors. The option to bid for all three existing retail and catering franchises during the term of the contract. The full extent of the services will be defined in the specification.
