The Bank wishes to enter into a managed services contract to monitor its software compliance. The aim is to periodically determine the "Effective License Position" (ELP) of the software of its main publishers. The schedule for conducting compliance analyses will be determined annually by the Bank. The Bank also wishes to be kept informed of changes in the licensing rules of these publishers.
