Advise generally on the Councils obligations, duties and powers arising under all the provisions of the Medical Practitioners Act 2007 and the Health (Miscellaneous provisions) Act 2007 ("The Acts") in particular legal services to the professional standards, education and training, professional competence and registration sections.
