The subject of the Contract is the development of design documentation for the execution of construction works consisting in the construction of a gas network ś/c together with a gas unit in msc. Gdynia Dickmana Street, Zielona Street; SG/00078070:

Material scope:

To be designed:

- gas pipeline ś/c dn160 PE RC, L = approx. 1200 m

- gas unit with Q = 300 m3/h located in the area of Dz. No. 504 precinct 0021 Oksywie Ul. Dickmana

based on the technical conditions set out in Annex 2 to the Agreement.

1) execution of a construction, executive design and bill of quantities for the task entitled: "Development of design documentation for the execution of construction works consisting in the construction of a gas network ś/c together with a gas unit in msc. Gdynia Dickmana Street, Zielona Street; SG/000780" as part of the modernization task", based on the technical conditions constituting Annex 2 to the Agreement.

2) obtaining all required opinions, permits and decisions, including obtaining on behalf of and for the Employer, from the competent authority, the final building permit decision;

3) execution of the investor's cost estimate;

4) exercising author's supervision.
