The Contracting Authority wishes to appoint a suitable party to a full Security and/or Cleaning service. This contract will be broken into Lots, the tenderer can propose for Lot 1, Lot 2 or both (Lot 1 and Lot 2).

Lot 1: Security — will be expected to provide a visual deterrent to prevent security breaches within the facilities and the grounds of the National Sports Campus, 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.

Lot 2: Cleaning — the work to be provided will involve a professional cleaning service in all the facilities of the National Sports Campus.

The Contract Authority wishes to appoint a suitable party to provide a full Security and/or Cleaning service at the National Sports Campus.
