Helsedirektoratet [the Norwegian Directorate of Health] wants to enter into a contract for the delivery of further education in cognitive therapy for employees who will work with Rask Psykisk Helsehjelp [Quick Mental Health Care] in the municipalities. The training must provide an introduction to the principals of cognitive therapy and the use of these principles in relation to persons with different types of anxiety and depression difficulties, possibly also with sleep and substance abuse problems. The training must also provide competence in the use of tools to measure anxiety and depression symptoms.
