A partial and gradual commissioning of LPH 1-9 is planned.

Task:

The Christoph Graupner School in Darmstadt is a school specializing in mental development with a department for physical and motor development. The mission of the school is to provide cultural and social participation to children and young people with intellectual disabilities. The school is currently suffering from a significant shortage of space, as today's number of students significantly exceeds the original capacity. There is also a great need for refurbishment. Against this background, proposals for a restructuring of the stock combined with a new component were sought in the previously held architectural competition.

The program area (NF without sanitary areas) is 3 975 square meters.

For this demanding task, a well-planned and efficient planning office is sought in terms of both planning and construction.

The construction costs for the cost groups (each net) are estimated by the promoter according to current knowledge as follows:

- KG 410 + 540 wastewater, water, gas approx. 391 176 EUR,

- KG 420 heat supply approx. 307 353 EUR,

- KG 430 ventilation systems approx. 335 294 EUR,

- KG 471 kitchen equipment approx. 92 206 EUR,

- KG 476 Badtechnische Anlagen about 223 529 EUR,

- KG 480 building automation 40 000 EUR ..

Implementation period

The construction of the HU-Bau will take place immediately after commissioning in the third quarter of 2019.
