On behalf of the Danish Agency for Employees and Competences, the Danish Administration and Service Agency offers contracts for leadership development in the state. The tender is divided into 2 lots:
Lot 1 regarding the development process "Talent for management" to support and help management talents in the transition from being an employee to being a leader.
Lot 2 regarding the development process "New leader in the state" to help new managers step fully into the management role and give them a wide network of other new managers in the state.

The Supplier must achieve the following desired organisational effects:
- Contribute to attractive and well-functioning workplaces.
- Better result creation through energetic, motivating and innovative leadership talents.
- Well-prepared and reflective leadership aspirants who are ready to take on additional responsibilities and step into the leadership role.
- Increased retention of talent and a stronger basis for recruiting managers.
- Better cross-disciplinary cooperation internally and externally, e.g. through a larger network across the state.
The contract contains the development and implementation of 24 courses, as well as the option for an additional 24 courses.
New leader in the stateLot 2 regarding the development process "New leader in the state" to help new managers step fully into the management role and give them a wide network of other new managers in the state.
The Supplier must achieve the following desired organisational effects:
- Contribute to attractive and well-functioning workplaces.
- Better result creation through energetic, motivating and innovative leaders.
- Leaders who manage to find the balance between leadership identity and professional identity.
- Increased focus on the core task and understanding of the end user.
- Better cross-disciplinary cooperation internally and externally, e.g. through a larger network across the state.
The contract contains the development and implementation of 24 courses and an option for an additional 24 courses.
