The purpose of the contract is the drafting of the Basic Project for the Execution and Study of Health and Safety of “REHABILITATION AND ADAPTATION OF THE FORMER CONVENT OF LA TRINIDAD, AND URBANIZATION OF ITS ENVIRONMENT, FOR USE AS A CULTURAL CENTER, INTERMEDIATE PROVINCIAL ARCHIVE AND ADMINISTRATIVE HEADQUARTERS. MÁLAGA” and as much documentation is necessary for the works defined in this project to be contracted as provided for in the current public sector contract legislation and to obtain the corresponding Municipal Works License.

With the rehabilitation of the Convent of La Trinidad, the aim is to implement an infrastructure designed as a space for culture with a multipurpose character, through a project that guarantees the ideal solutions to accommodate a triple use: archive, cultural and administrative, taking advantage of the pre-existence of the Provincial Historical Archive, generating thus a core of complementary uses.
