The Authority requires a residential team building activity programme for young adults aged between 16-25 years on the Prince’s Trust Team programme, who are from a variety of backgrounds and ability. Activities must be in line with the Prince’s Trust Programme Guidelines.
The programme should be designed to build and test team skills, confidence and a sense of responsibility to others. The objectives will be that young people attending:
— understand and put into practice the principles of team-work,
— build confidence and a sense of responsibility to others,
— establish mutual trust and respect between individual team members and staff.
It is proposed to run a maximum of 18 programmes per year with the capacity for up to 20 (16 participants and 4 staff from the Authority) exclusive of service provider staff.
