Construction of a new office building in Rena Camp.

Construction of a new office building of approx. 3000 m2 GFA. The building will have approx. 135 office workplaces in cell offices and team offices. The building will be constructed in a military area inside Rena Camp.

The office building is planned to have a main wing with three floors and a basement, in addition to a side wing with one floor. The main wing includes 3 identical floors with office workplaces, the side wing will include the main entrance and the meeting room department. The basement is planned to have various storerooms as well as the technical rooms. The building is planned in accordance with the 'visual profile' for Rena Camp, including, amongst other things, wooden panel external cladding.

The site is currently a forest area. In addition to the construction of the office building, the work will include outdoor work including, amongst other things, an access road, parking, and footpath, as well as conveying outside technical infrastructure.
