Oslo Municipality, c/o the Agency for Fire and Rescue Services (OBRE), invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the procurement of framework agreements for protective clothing for the Procurement Collaboration for the Fire Service.

The Procurement Collaboration consists of:

 Asker and Bærum Fire and Rescue

 The Drammen Regional Fire Service

 Follo Fire Service

 The Moss Region Intermunicipal Fire and Rescue

 Nedre Romerike Fire Service

 Oslo Fire and Rescue Services

The procurement concerns a framework agreement for the following products:

• Smoke-diver gloves

• Smoke-diver helmet with barriers

• Fire boots

• Emergency response jacket and trousers

• Underclothes for summer

• Underclothes for winter

Framework agreement for smoke-diver gloves

Framework agreement for a smoke-diver helmet with barriers

Framework agreement for fire boots

Framework agreements for a maximum of 2 types of fire boots, i.e. contracts will be signed with tenderers who, after evaluation, rank numbers 1 and 2.

Fire boots will be ordered based on employee needs with the opportunity to choose between the two commenced contracts.
