The scope concerns 2 plots:
Lot 1: Uitzenden.Client aims to contract an Temporary Employment Agency for the successful delivery of Temporary Workers on the basis of the Collective Labour Agreement for Temporary Workers for various positions in the job scales up to and including scale 7.
Lot 2: Intermediate services. The client is looking for an intermediary, who specializes in recruiting, selecting and deploying external specialists in various positions in the job scales up to and including scale 7, for example freelancers, or employees employed by third parties as a specialized temporary employment agency, secondment agency, to select and deploy at the Client, including handling the administrative processes and taking over the risks.

Lot 1 Temporary workersThe estimated size of the assignment is (based on the data from 2022) approximately 770,000 hours per year.
No rights can be derived from this estimate. The COA is by definition a so-called growth and shrinkage organization. The size of the Assignment can be influenced by (sometimes strong) fluctuations in the influx of asylum seekers. This places additional demands on the flexibility of the organisation of the contracting authority, but also of its suppliers.
Lot 2: Intermediary servicesThe estimated size of the assignment is (based on the data from 2020) approximately 276,000 hours per year.
