The existing telephone system in the Klinikum Magdeburg gGmbH is to be replaced. The current inventory has a Nortel PBX with appropriate system telephones. There is also a Mitel PBX for Dect telephony, which is interconnected with Nortel via special interfaces.

The tender includes the replacement of the entire old technology with a new system including the Dect system.

All necessary costs are to be taken into account in the individual prices.

The specification of services is divided into 3 titles. Title 1 includes all new components and parts of the telecommunications system including all accessories. Title 1 is advertised exclusively for rent. The term is to be given in 2 variants, 5 years (60 months) and 8 years (96 months).

Title 1 includes all work for preparation, execution and follow-up including all necessary costs for technicians and additional materials. Title 2 is available for purchase.

Title 3 contains the inspection, maintenance and software support for 5 or 8 years. A corresponding service contract is concluded here.
