The contracting authority wants tenders for office supplies, copy paper, school materials etc.

The total value of the procurement over 4 years is estimated to be NOK 10 200 000 excl. VAT.

A framework agreement will be signed with one tenderer. The framework agreement will be valid for 2 years calculated from the date the contract comes into force. The contracting authority has a unilateral right to extend the contract for 2 further years.

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment. The contracting authority considers that dealing with only supplier during the contract period is most appropriate for the sake of ordering and logistics.

The contract retains provisions about administration of the contract (secretarial contributions).
