The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer for electrical work and associated materials for Indre Fosen Municipality. The contract will apply during the period 2023 - 2025 with the possibility to extend the agreement for 1 + 1 year. The agreement covers all maintenance needs the municipality will have during the period.

The framework agreement is intended to cover the need in connection with various measures related to the daily operation and maintenance of the municipality's buildings, road lighting, and water and

sewage systems.

In total, the annual volume has been approx. NOK 2,000,000, excluding VAT. The need for electrician services will vary, so the estimated volume cannot be considered to be binding.

The framework agreement is intended to be used for measures with less complexity in connection

with maintenance and minor renovations. New buildings and major renovations will be announced as separate tenders.

All entities at the Contracting Authority are included in the agreement. It will also be possible for other municipal organisations, including all governmental bodies and associations formed by one or more of these municipalities, cf. the definition in § 2 of the Public Procurement Act, to join the agreement.
