The subject of the contract is the purchase with delivery of a brand new rescue and firefighting vehicle, the detailed description of which is attached as Annex 2 to the SWZ - form - Description of the subject of the order / detailed conditions.
The design of the vehicle must ensure safety for the crew and reliability of operation. The vehicle must meet the requirements related to the need to upgrade to category X of the airport rescue security.
1. The subject of the order is the purchase with delivery of a brand new rescue and firefighting vehicle, the detailed description of which is attached as Annex 2 to the SWZ - form - Description of the subject of the order / detailed conditions.
The design of the vehicle must ensure safety for the crew and reliability of operation. The vehicle must meet the requirements related to the need to upgrade to category X of the airport rescue security.
2. The Contractor is obliged to attach technical documentation in Polish and English to the vehicle.
3. Place of delivery: Katowice International Airport in Pyrzowice, Wolności 90, 42-625 Ożarowice.
4. The Ordering Party is not obliged to incur any other costs in connection with the performance of the contract apart from the payment of remuneration to the Contractor.
5. The Contractor is obliged to conduct operator and service training for the Ordering Party's employees, the subject of which will cover all necessary issues needed for the proper operation, maintenance and operation of vehicles and devices in accordance with Annex 2 to the SWZ.
6. Tests to check the vehicle and equipment prior to signing the final acceptance protocol will be carried out at the sole expense and risk of the Contractor.
7. The Ordering Party shall require the submission of the means of proof in question in the present proceedings:
a) Pursuant to Article 106(1) of the Public Procurement Law, the contractor must confirm the compliance of the offered rescue and firefighting vehicle with the requirements, features or criteria indicated in the description of the subject of the contract by submitting a detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract in accordance with the template constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.
b) In accordance with Article 107(2) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority provides for the supplementation of the means of proof in question.
(c) The means of proof in question shall be submitted together with the tender.
(d) The means of proof in question drawn up in a foreign language shall be transmitted together with a translation into the Polish language.
e) The means of proof in question shall be submitted by the contractor obligatorily in electronic form.
f) The detailed manner and form of submission of the said means of proof is specified in the Regulation of the Prime Minister of 20.12.2020. on the method of drawing up
and the provision of information and technical requirements for electronic documents and means of electronic communication in a procurement procedure or design contest.
