The subject of the contract is "Improvement of waste management and water and sewage management in the city of Hrubieszów" consisting in the construction and implementation of the Individual Waste Segregation system, construction of water supply and sewage networks along with a sewage pumping station.
"Construction and implementation of the Individual Waste Segregation System"The subject is the design, delivery and commissioning of a comprehensive Individual Waste Segregation System in the Municipality of Hrubieszów. The ground system is to consist of 10 sockets, in which there are mechanical devices in the form of metal modules in the amount of 106 pcs. In each module there are standardized, plastic waste containers with a capacity of 1100 liters in the amount of 106 pcs., whose task is to prevent unauthorized access. The containers will be provided by the Contractor. The system will cover places for collecting waste selectively collected in multi-family housing. All waste placed in containers must be weighed and catalogued in a database. The returned waste will be subjected to periodic quality checks in order to check the degree of correctness of segregation using a mobile control device. All information is to be collected in the central layer of the system under the license granted by the ContractorThe areas where nests are to be located in the Centre zone are protected by the conservator.
The scope of the task includes:
1) Obtaining on behalf of the Ordering Party the conditions for connection to the grid or power installation and supplying the systems in accordance with the conditions of the network operator, with the need to install a sub-meter to the system (if required);
2) Preparation of documentation, including obtaining the necessary opinions, agreements, decisions, notifications, permits, tests and expert opinions, etc. (if required),
3) Preparation of the material and financial schedule and execution of works divided into individual objects covered by the task.
4) Delivery, assembly of System elements (without the central layer) in accordance with the documentation adopted for implementation; delivery of licenses for the System's software; commissioning and maintenance of the System during the warranty period, including:
a) As part of the work carried out on the estate:
- Preparation of the area for nesting in agreed locations;
- Replanting or replanting trees (if necessary);
- Delivery and installation of system equipment in locations agreed jointly with the Ordering Party;
-Supplying the power cable from the places of electrical connection indicated by the Ordering Party and connecting the system elements to the power supply and their start-up; Handing over 1 pc to the ordering party. a mobile device to perform quality control;
- Handing over to the Ordering Party starter packages with stickers containing QR codes for households and providing the Ordering Party with a stock of sheets with stickers containing QR codes (300 codes / year for one household).
- Organizing an information meeting for residents in order to train in the use of the System, prepare an instructional video, as well as an information brochure for each household.
- change of the visual designation of the fraction for waste collection (color, name, description-instruction) at the request of the Ordering Party;
b) As part of the delivery of the license for the System software:
- maintenance of the System during the warranty period;
- training of authorized employees of the Ordering Party in the field of technical and diagnostic maintenance of devices and the System;
- training of employees of the waste collection company indicated by the Ordering Party in the field of container collection and diagnostic of devices and the System;
- training of employees of property managers indicated by the Ordering Party in the field of technical and diagnostic service of devices and the System.
c) Development of as-built documentation, including:
- development of the System and devices User Manual;
- development of rules for warranty and service.
4) The Contractor is obliged to perform during the warranty period the service activities necessary for its maintenance without additional remuneration together with covering the costs of spare parts provided for in the instructions for use and warranty card.
"Construction of water supply and sewage network with sewage pumping station"-"Construction of water supply and sewage network with sewage pumping station" including:
1) Construction, commissioning, checking and commissioning of a linear facility: sanitary sewage system in Michałówka Street together with a sewage pumping station (reconstruction of a section of the water supply network in collision with the designed discharge collector described in detail by technical documentation constituting Annex 1b to the SWZ;
2) Construction, commissioning, checking and commissioning of a linear object: water supply network in Dworcowa Street together with utilities on plot no. ewid. 1773/2 dmg 144 Podgórze" described in detail by the technical documentation constituting Annex 1 b to the SWZ;
3) Geodetic service together with as-built geodetic inventory;
4) Preparation of a project of organization of substitute traffic;
5) Execution of all formalities, including incurring fees for occupying the road lane;
6) Dismantling and restoration works of running routes, pedestrians and roadsides;
7) Development of as-built documentation including, m.in:
(a) a summary of all arrangements and permits obtained before and during construction;
(b) any records drawn up during construction;
(c) type-approval certificates, quality certificates, technical approvals for all materials and equipment used during construction;
d) as-built geodetic inventory containing accurate data on the route of the linear object and the sewage pumping station, giving attributes and horizontal and vertical geodetic measures. The Ordering Party requires the submission of the map in paper version (3 copies), as well as in an electronic version (1 copies) in the format. .DXF. .DWG. GML, or . SHP;
8) Technical final acceptance of the Subject of the Agreement;
9) Making an effective notification of the object for use in the competent Building Supervision Inspectorate;
