Contracting authority wishes to conclude a Contract with two (2) Tenderers/combinations. The Agreement per Contractor will enter into force on 1 January 2023 for the duration of one (1) year, with the initial contract period ending on 31 December 2023. After the initial contract period, the Contracting Authority may extend the Agreement three times (3) for a maximum of one (1) year. The Contracting Authority shall notify the Contractor of the decision to extend it no later than three (3) months before the end of the agreement.

After careful analysis, the contracting authority has decided not to divide the Contract into lots. The motivated reasons for this are:

- These are homogeneous services which are inextricably linked to each other.

- The contracting authority considers that the award of this contract in a single lot has no impact on the accessibility of SMEs.

In the new situation, the Contracting Authority wishes to purchase the following products:

- Formal language courses to NT1 Participants in groups

- Formal language courses to NT2 Participants in groups

- Non-formal type 1 language courses with customization for specific target group
