This contract relates to the entrusting of the routine, planned preventive and corrective maintenance service, as well as any extraordinary maintenance activities on request on the plants technological services of the civic museum system of Rome capital, the offices of libraries and cultural centers and other spaces managed by Zetema located in the Municipality of Rome and Province, as per specifications, amounts and timelines indicated in the Special Procurement Specifications (Annex A).

This contract relates to the entrusting of the ordinary, preventive, planned and corrective maintenance service, of the technological systems at the service of the civic museum system of Rome capital, the locations of libraries and cultural centers and other spaces managed by Zetema, any extraordinary maintenance activities on request, as well as other activities on technological plants, at the sites the subject of this contract and at the other sites operated by Zètema located in the Municipality of Rome and Province, as per the specifications, amounts and timelines indicated in the special tender specifications (Annex A).

Among the extraordinary maintenance services with a tailor-made consideration, as specified in art. 9 of the specifications, may be required, albeit of a residual nature, activities qualified as work of maintenance, according to what is defined in Annex I) of Legislative Decree 50/2016. If, during the execution of the contract, Zètema has the need to perform maintenance interventions that, by size and type fall into the category of 'works', Zètema may request the execution of the same to the Contractor, subject to the preparation of the necessary design documentation.

Therefore, pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 28 of the Code of Public Contracts, this contract is qualified as a mixed contract for services and works in which the component of the 'Services' is prevailing compared to the residual one of the 'Works'.

For the purposes referred to in art. 35 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, the total value of the procedure for the duration of the contract, taking into account any renewal up to a maximum of 12 months and any extension of the possible extension technical pursuant to art. 106, paragraph 11 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, is equal, net of VAT, to 4 013 340.11 EUR including security charges of EUR 33 246.38, divided as follows:

— EUR 1 068 051.28 net of VAT, including and security charges of EUR 14 545.29, for routine maintenance at a fee and EUR 705 025.64 net of VAT as the amount available for maintenance extraordinary with consideration to measure, for an estimated maximum value for the contractual period, from presumably from 1.11.2021 until 31.12.2022, of EUR 1 773 076.92 net of VAT,

— EUR 915 472.53 net of VAT, including and security charges of EUR 12 467.39, for routine maintenance at a fee and EUR 578 036.27 net of VAT as the amount available for maintenance extraordinary with consideration, for a maximum estimated value for the period of possible renewal of the service up to a maximum of 12 months, of 1 493 508.80 EUR net of VAT,

— EUR 457 736.27 net of VAT, including and security charges of EUR 6 233.70, for routine maintenance at a fee and EUR 289 018.13 net of VAT as the amount available for maintenance extraordinary with consideration to measure, for an estimated maximum value for the period of possible technical extension of the service up to a maximum of an additional six months, of 746 754.40 EUR net of VAT
