The Association has identified or will identify potential development opportunities on brownfield and greenfield sites in Dumfries and Galloway, to be procured between 2017 and 2021. These developments could involve the construction of around 500 new residential properties and various commercial / non-housing projects. The Association requires architectural services, engineering services, QS/Employer's Agent services and principal designer services in respect of these various developments. The overall value of the contracts to be awarded via this Framework cannot be confirmed at this time as these are subject to external factors such as site acquisition, statutory approvals and funding availability.
