The main contract is a renovation project of the properties Glostrup Boligselskab dept. 33, located in 2600 Glostrup.

The main contract put out to tender concerns renovation. of both terraced and multi-storey houses. Roofs and light facades are replaced and insulated, as are doors and windows. All homes are modernized with new bathrooms and entrance halls are renovated in several homes. Accessibility housing will be established and a former property office and laundry will be converted into family housing. The sheds must have replaced cladding and plinth dehumidification etc. must be established.

The tender for the main construction contract is conducted as a negotiated procedure in accordance with sections 61-66 of the Public Procurement Act. No remuneration shall be paid to the tenderer for participation in negotiations. As a general rule, one negotiation meeting is held per tenderer of an expected duration of 1.5 hours. The negotiation meeting will take place at the Client's premises in the Activity House Umbrella, Østre Lindeskov 251, 2600 Glostrup. The contracting entity reserves the right to extend the negotiation process by one or more rounds of negotiations.

Contracting entities reserve the right to award on the basis of the initial offer.
