The subject of this contract is the winter maintenance of district roads in the Chodzieskie County with a total length of 170.588 km in the winter season 2023÷2024.
The estimated total number of services in the winter season 2023-2024 is as follows:
- sprinkling roads a total of 2 024.178 km,
- snow removal with ploughs 2 047.056 km
- snow removal with heavy equipment approx. 100 hours

1) The method of order fulfillment:
a. The service should meet the technical and timely requirements specified in this SWZ, in particular the requirements set out in:
- Technical specification of the subject of the contract,
- Study entitled "Winter road maintenance 2022-2025"
b. The Contractor is obliged to conduct services in such a way as to limit traffic disruptions to the necessary minimum and not to cause damage to road users. Any damage due to the liquidation of damage caused to road users shall be borne by the Contractor.
c. It is recommended that the Contractors make a site inspection of roads and county streets in the Chodzieskie County covered by the contract in order to familiarize themselves with the scope of services covered by this procedure, as well as to obtain the information necessary to prepare the offer concerning, inter alia:
- terrain,
- the condition of roads,
- the parameters of the roadway and the applicable traffic organization.
The dimensions of equipment intended for winter maintenance should be selected in such a way that it is possible to use it effectively in order to perform the service (applies to snow removal and sprinkling of streets, including one-way streets)
2) Insurance:
a. The Contractor is obliged to conclude, at its own expense, appropriate insurance contracts for damages that may occur in connection with specific fortuitous events and civil liability for the duration of the services covered by the contract.
b. The insurance covers in particular civil liability for damages and consequences of accidents concerning employees and third parties arising in connection with the services provided.
