The aim of the competition is to enter into a framework agreement with several tenderers. We would like to connect with an illustrator/designer who can take on various assignments for NOKUT, both individual illustrations, logos and symbols, in addition to more comprehensive graphical design and design.

NOKUT would like a framework agreement that covers:

Illustrations (e.g. illustrations of NOKUT's work, infographics/icons/symbols, logo, graphical elements on the internet and paper, possibly animated figures/animations).

NOKUT is open to signing a framework agreement with several companies within the general framework for this procurement.

We would like both large and small tenderers to submit tenders. We would like, via the framework agreement, to have access to a pool of service providers that we can use for our illustration assignments. We will consider who in the pool will be the best for each assignment. Call-off forms will be used for each assignment.
