Pembrokeshire County Council wishes to establish a framework for the provision of minor works for building maintenance. The framework will consist of mainly housing, non-housing and mechanical and electrical split across 10 Lots.

This framework will cover internal and external refurbishments to the housing stock (est 5,000 properties), including responsive repairs, disabled adaptations, new kitchens and bathrooms, roofing works and repairs to windows and doors. It also includes repairs and small scale refurbishments to our schools and public buildings.

General maintenance and repairs up to 25,000GBP

General maintenance and repairs from 25,000 to 300,000GBP

Electrical repairs of a responsive nature

internal disabled adaptations mainly for showers/bathrooms
