The local police of SERAING-NEUPRE will replace 3 combis of the police rescue department and 2 combis of the administrative police department.

By its deliberation No. 2 of the Police Council of 17 December 2018, the local police maintained its adherence to the protocol of paid logistical support concluded between the local police of SERAING-NEUPRE 5278 and the federal police;

The vehicle selected in the specifications of the Federal Police Procuement 2021 R3 026 Lot 53 - Combi mobile office, is the Vito Tourer L2 whose designated contractor is the company Mercedes-Benz;

The cost of a vehicle with the options and police equipment adapted to Police rescue and driving is 59,232.28 EUR VAT of 21% included per vehicle;

The rental will be defined as follows:

- depreciation and interest

- any miscellaneous taxes due in application of the legal provisions

- maintenance and repairs, miscellaneous taxes must be included

- tire change and insurance will be covered by the local police

- the rental will be determinated for a period of 48 months and based on a mileage of 140,000 KM for the 3 combis of the emergency police department and 120,000km for the combis of the administrative police department

- the cost of the kilometres travelled and not travelled will have to be quantified

- the eventual redemption will be an option

- the delivery of the vehicles at the end of the contract will take place either at the firm Car avenue, or at the police station.

- the condition of the vehicle will be in the presence of a delegate of the firm renting the vehicle and an agent of the local police

- the place of delivery will be the garage Car avenue, rue Rue Haie Leruth 2 -at 4432 Alleur
