Knightstone Housing Association has tendered for the provision of periodic inspection and testing of fixed electrical installations (including works arising). The geographical area to be covered is North Somerset, Bristol City, South Gloucestershire, Bath and North East Somerset, Mendip District and South Somerset (East of Yeovil only).

Knightstone has appointed one contractor to the service. The contract will be for a 5 year term. There will be a provision in the contract, on completion of the 5 year term, to extend the term by mutual agreement one year at a time, to a maximum of 5 additional years.
