The purpose of this tender is:

- entering into a (framework) agreement with one (1) contractor for a period of two (2) years, with an option to extend for a maximum period of two (2) times one (1) year. The choice whether or not to extend the (framework) agreement rests solely with O2G2 as client.

The intended commencement date of the (Framework) agreement is 1.7.2021 and ends by operation of law on 1.7.2023 unless the client opts for optional extension (s).

The maximum term of the (Framework) agreement, including optional extensions, is four (4) years.

The intended commencement date can, if the client deems this necessary, be adjusted by one or a few months to a later date, with the end date being adjusted accordingly.

The net order value for the delivery of ICT hardware / resources in 2020 was approximately EUR 1,200,000.00 excluding VAT.

It is currently not clear what investments will be made in the coming years for the supply of ICT hardware / resources. This is expected to be in line with previous years.
