The purpose of this framework agreement is to set up, manage and operate a solution for the distribution and monitoring of SMS and voice messages for the sites of the Family branch and their evolution

The purpose of this framework agreement is to:- the implementation and operational management of a solution for the distribution and monitoring of SMS and voice messages for the sites of the Family branch. The Framework Agreement covers the administration, the operation of the expected services and their evolution,- the provision of a solution for the distribution of SMS and voice messages in SaaS mode managed and hosted by the holder, giving access to users and management of access rights different according to user profiles.- The implementation of secure communication interfaces, via a secure internet connection, between the contracting authority and the contractor to manage:o Requests to send SMS and voice messages from the contracting authority's IS to the contractor; Sending back the status of acknowledgment of the transmission and receipt of SMS and voice messages by the holder to the contracting authority; Transmission by the contractor to the contracting authority of the distribution reports of single SMS and mass SMS/voice messages.- A set of studies, training and evolutionary maintenance services, in the form of units of work
