DREWAG - Stadtwerke Dresden GmbH intend to convert a building into a commercial / office building in Dresden. An existing building must be renovated for this. Approx. EUR 7.833 million (total costs 300/400/500/700 net) are available for the entire construction project including planning and other ancillary costs.

The building currently has approximately 4,048 m 2nd GFA. By inserting intermediate levels, the GFA is around 300-400 m 2nd to increase. The building consists of a longitudinal / central basement passage with laterally higher crawl and foundation areas, 2 floors above (ground floor, mezzanine), which have approximately the same gross floor area of 807-830 m 2nd and a third floor, which also covers the area of a passage below with approx. 926 m 2nd GFA. The top floor bounces back along the longitudinal walls and has a gross floor area of 643 m 2nd .

The service should be ordered in stages / stages.

Stage I: represents the draft planning (service phase 3) and the approval planning (service phase 4) HOAI of the technical equipment service profile.

The order is optional:

- Stage II: Service phase 5 (execution planning) HOAI;

- Stage III: Service phase 6 (preparation of the award) and 7 (participation in the award);

- Level IV: Service phase 8 (property supervision / construction supervision and documentation);

- Level V: Service phase 9 (property management) of the aforementioned service profiles.

There is no entitlement to the completion of all levels.
