Package I - Adamowo Forest RangerThe subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management, including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding and other works related to forest management, to be performed in the Lutówko Forest District in 2024. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence shall not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.
Package X - machine acquisitionThe subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management, including works in the field of logging and skidding and other works related to forest management to be performed in the administrative area of the Lutówko Forest District in 2024. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence shall not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.
Package XI - planting with a planterThe subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management including forest breeding works related to planting with a planter to be performed in the Lutówko Forest District in 2024. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract.
