Existing class module sets are degraded over time. In addition, serious infiltration problems appeared in October on one of the two sets, putting it in a state of unsanitary conditions.

In addition to these degradations due to an advanced age of these installations, they have an extremely poor energy performance: Little or no thermal insulation, energy-intensive electric heating and overheating in summer.

The purpose of this contract is therefore to replace the two existing sets of modules with a version providing for an increase in energy performance.

The purpose of this contract is to replace the two sets of class modules at the Steenkerque municipal school. The contract therefore includes the removal, disposal and treatment of existing modules on the one hand, and the supply and installation of new modules and their equipment on the other.

The work concerns two modular sets:
