The subject of the contract is the service of creating and operating a selective municipal waste collection point (PSZOK) from the area of the Municipality of Pilzno in the period from 01-01-2024 to 31-12-2027 along with the management of collected waste.

The subject of the contract is the service of creating and operating a selective municipal waste collection point (PSZOK) from the area of the Municipality of Pilzno in the period from 01-01-2024 to 31-12-2027 along with the management of collected waste.

The point will serve all residents of the Municipality of Pilsen who are covered by the waste management system by the Municipal Office in Pilsen. Currently, there are over 15,000 people covered by the above-mentioned system in the commune.

The Contracting Authority shall provide for the award of the contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the Law Pzp.

Scope of orders/services: possible order(s) will consist in repeating similar services that are the subject of this procedure, i.e. the subject of the contract will be the establishment/operation of a selective collection point for municipal waste from the area of the Municipality of Pilzno along with the management of collected waste.

Volume of contracts: the total value of such contracts may amount to up to 25 % of the value of the basic contract.

Conditions on which they will be awarded: contracts will be awarded, for example, in the event of prolongation of the tender procedure for the following years, withdrawal / termination of the contract with the contractor providing in the following years the service of creating and running PSZOK - while maintaining the above-mentioned permissible total value of contracts
