Description:
Specialist planning service Technical equipment HLS for the municipal and cultural centre Bischofswerda

The city of Bischofswerda intends to develop the former, listed cultural centre into a future-oriented, multifunctional municipal and cultural centre. The aim is to restructure public uses such as administration, culture and education and to bundle them at a central location, as well as to create synergies between the uses.

According to the draft contract (see documents on the terms and conditions of the contract), the following services are the subject of the planned commissioning of the project:

- Technical equipment planning HLS (ALG 1-3, 7, 8), Lph 1 to 9 according to HOAI § 55 ff i.V.m. Annex 15

- Special services according to the contract

The assignment is carried out in stages in accordance with the terms of the contract.
