Manchester Airport Group (MAG) are looking to appoint partners who can support the delivery of future Airfield investment to support the rehabilitation, renewal and growth of MAGs Critical Airfield Asset Base. The MAG partnership is anticipated to be the primary route to market to support the delivery of MAG?s 5-8 year Capital Investment programme.

MAG anticipate the appointment of key consultants & contractors to develop and establish a collaborative, engaged and dynamic partnership, built on a culture of openness, transparency and a shared commitment to deliver the Capital Pipeline

Design Survey, Monitor, Prioritise, RIBA 1-2 Design, RIBA 3-4 Design, Client Design Guardianship

Asset condition surveys to support Capex Investment decisions Rehab and Renewals

Principle Designer Provide RIBA 1,2 early concept design to support Capex Plan

Develop RIBA 3, 4 detail design for specific packages, as required

Provide RIBA 5 design Guardianship, as required

PQ Concrete Major Rehabilitation Works

The complete Construction of or Rehabilitation of Airside infrastructure including Taxiways, Stands, aprons and Runways with Pavement Quality Concrete in accordance with the Defence Infrastructure Organisation Specification 033 at MAN, EMA and STN.?

Asphalt Major Rehabilitation Works

The complete Construction of or Rehabilitation of Airside infrastructure including Taxiways, Stands, aprons and Runways with Marshall Asphalt in accordance with the Defence Infrastructure Organisation Specification 13 at MAN, EMA and STN

Design RIBA 3-4 capability

AGL Install Installation of electrical Cabling infrastructure to support Aeronautical Ground Lighting (AGL)

The removal, replacement, upgrading and maintenance of AGL systems, lighting and infrastructure at MAN, EMA and STN

Renewals Planned Renewals / Reactive Support

Complete Planned Renewals currently delivered under the Hotspots annual award through SMW Framework. MAN Monthly closures, EMA Nov & March, STN Provide call out facilitate to introduce reliance to the uptime of the Airfield.
