The purpose of this Framework Agreement is the supply of spare parts for IVECO vehicles over 3.5 tonnes. This Framework Agreement is established for a period from the date of its notification until 10 February 2027. Without prejudice to the provisions of Articles 38 et seq. of the CCAG-FCS, it may be terminated on each anniversary date by decision of the public purchaser notified to the holder by registered mail/email with acknowledgement of receipt ONE (1) month before the end of the current period.
