The work involves a thorough renovation of the existing multi-dwelling houses, which today consist of seven entrances with a total of 92 apartments. In addition, the existing houses will be built on with one or two floors on parts of the house bodies. Altogether, after the renovation and extension, the area will consist of 97 remodeled and 27 newly built apartments. Expansion with new stairwells will take place where also elevators will be installed, at the top of the stairwells fan fans will be built.
