Takeover and recycling of used textiles and clothing: Annual contract from 01.01.2024 to

31.12.2024

On the basis of the attached service description and its offer, and

the contractor recycles the used textiles produced in the area of the state capital Mainz (AVV

200111) and clothing (AVV 200110), hereinafter referred to as "goods", from the collections

of the waste disposal company of the city of Mainz (hereinafter referred to as "client").

The contract shall include, in particular:

- the takeover and removal in the contractor's own roll-off containers of the

The customer provided goods in his interim storage facility (pick-up point) in 55130 Mainz, Germany,

Wormser Straße 189 (Weisenau),

- the sorting of the goods in approved facilities within the Federal Republic of Germany

or a comparably approved plant within another EU country,

- proper preparation for re-use in accordance with the waste hierarchy,

Recycling or for the recovery of the goods as well as the removal of any third-party /

Contaminants from misthrows in approved disposal facilities.

Optionally, it is possible for the customer to fill his own roll-off containers with goods and

these by appointment on the train (2 roll-off containers) for a separate fee at the already

the location of the Contractor's sorting/recovery facility specified in the tender

(transfer point), which is immediately unloaded there by the contractor.

The prerequisite for this is, in particular, that the transfer point is located within the Federal Republic of Germany.
