The AZV Naumburg tenders in an open tender procedure a sewer cleaning vehicle - suction vehicle for cleaning, rinsing, suction and transport of municipal sewage systems of non-flammable liquids and sludges.
A legally binding signature on the second page of Form 633EU - Letter of Offer - is required for the valid submission of an offer. The tender documents must also be submitted in full and with all required declarations and annexes.
With the offer, the bidder declares that the chassis and the body are suitable for the described body or chassis.
The bodywork shall be mounted on a three-axle chassis 6 x 2 - 4 (steered trailing axle) with air suspension and medium-length cab. The engine should have an output of at least 265 KW and comply with the limit values of the currently valid emission class Euro 6e. The area of application of the vehicle is intended on paved and unpaved roads.
The chassis and the body are to be offered on the basis of specifications at a flat rate per unit.
The total weight of the vehicle must be designed in such a way that the permissible total weight according to StVZO is complied with in every possible operating condition. The vehicle components, in particular the cubature of the vehicle body, are to be adapted to this, whereby a maximum container volume is to be striven for. This must be proven by a weight balance. With regard to the weight balance, a maximum sludge density of 1.2 t/m³ can be assumed.
The position of the bodywork on the chassis must be adjusted in such a way that the permissible axle and wheel loads are utilised but not exceeded. The height of the vehicle must be limited to 3.80 m (exclusion criterion).
The contractor is responsible for the complete delivery and installation of the suction vehicle. A shell acceptance and final acceptance shall be agreed with the customer at the contractor's plant. Costs incurred in connection with the shell construction and final acceptance must be taken into account, the AZV Naumburg (max. 4 persons) must be invited in writing in good time.
The complete vehicle is to be handed over to the AZV Naumburg in Naumburg in operational condition (according to StVZO). The vehicle must be registered, the transfer takes place to the AZV Naumburg for handover and intensive instruction of the operating personnel (including test drive). Costs incurred for this are to be taken into account in the offer and will not be remunerated separately. The complete vehicle is registered and used as a moving machine.
The complete documentation (operating manual) must be handed over once digitally (CD or USB stick) and once in paper form with the vehicle. Proof of certification according to DIN ISO 9001:2000 must be provided. The bodywork guidelines of the chassis manufacturer must be observed.
