The Nordland Municipalities, Herøy, Alstahaug, Dønna, Grane, Hattfjelldal and Vefsn, extend an invitation to participate in a competition for the procurement of a case management system for the building application offices in the municipalities. These 7 municipalities are to be considered as the contracting authority or the client. An interaction contract has been signed between the 7 municipalities to implement a joint procurement of a new case management system based on KS’ product specification eBuilding Application. The HALD municipalities (Herøy, Alstahaug, Leirfjord and Dønna) intend to sign a contract with the tenderer who delivers the best offer, but Grane, Hattfjelldal and Vefsn retain the right to exercise options to sign a contract with tenderer.

The procurement will be implemented so that each of the 7 individual collaborating municipalities can sign their own contract with the same supplier for the establishment and ongoing service deliveries of an eBuilding application system.
