The purpose of the framework agreement is to carry out various asbestos identification and real estate diagnostics missions within the Beauvaisis agglomeration community, the city of Beauvais, the communal centre for social action and the municipalities members of the grouping. These tasks are carried out within the framework of the provisions of the Construction and Housing Code, the Public Health Code and the Labour Code applying to the City of Beauvais in its capacity as owner, lessor and contractor. Place of execution: the city of Beauvais, the communal centre of social action, the Beauvaisis agglomeration and the municipalities members of the grouping. The framework agreement, executed by the issuance of purchase orders, is concluded with purchase orders without annual minimum amount and no annual maximum amount.
