The City of Kangasala asks to register as the main candidate for the construction of the Ruutana School Centre project. The construction work of the Ruutana school centre will be carried out as a cooperation contract in accordance with this invitation to negotiate and its appendices.

The City of Kangasala (hereinafter referred to as the Client) will build the Ruutana School Centre project in a cooperative form of implementation.

The object of the procurement is the construction services of the Ruutana School Centre, which is carried out by the Main Contractor (= the company responsible for providing the construction services of the project and the responsibilities, duties and duties of the main contractor and the main implementer of the project, which are described in the appendices to this invitation to negotiations). The contract form is a collaborative contract (YTU), the more detailed ideology, spirit and content of which are described in the attached Construction Programme.
