We are looking for a Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) software product.

The product will implement standard CIAM functions such as management of user identities and profiles, authentication, multi-factor authentication, self-service features, and Single Sign-on (SSO).

The product will use industry standards (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML) both as identity provider for Elia Group digital services and applications, and as a client of other corporate and external/social identity providers.

CIAM will manage customers and partners accounts.

Through federation it will also allow internal users to authenticate with their corporate accounts.

CIAM product will be flexible to adapt to known or future (not yet known) use cases, and to integrate with legacy applications.

CIAM product will be self-managed by Elia Group and can run on premises (internal cloud) and on public cloud infrastructures.

The contract is awarded as a single Lot that comprises the followings:

o Access to files, builds, repositories needed to deploy and install the software

• Licenses to use the software

o Entitlement to run the software according to agreed terms and conditions

o Access to documentation, resources, and support service with agreed SLA

o Offer for training services
