The subject of the contract is the delivery of the Station building structure to Gdynia and assembly at the Station, consisting of two stages:

Stage 1 - execution and delivery of the structure of the Station building along with the necessary technical infrastructure;

Stage 2 - assembly of the structure of the Station building together with the necessary technical infrastructure.

Stage 1 – execution and delivery of the Station building structure along with the necessary technical infrastructure, i.e.:

1. preparation of a workshop design for the execution of façade panels, including detailed cutting of individual elements and presenting it for the Contracting Authority's approval in accordance with Appendix 1 to the Agreement (OPZ),

2. preparation of an emergency plan for the closure of the Station building and presenting it for the Contracting Authority's approval in accordance with Appendix 1 to the Agreement (OPZ),

3. carrying out the Test Assembly in accordance with Appendix 1 to the Agreement (OPZ) and with the guidelines contained in Appendix 3 to the OPZ,

4. preparation of a plan for packing materials and presenting it for the Contracting Authority's approval in accordance with Appendix 1 to the Agreement (OPZ),

5. packing materials in accordance with Appendix 1 to the Agreement (OPZ) and with the guidelines contained in Appendix No. 7 to the OPZ,

6. delivery of the Station building structure to the seaport in Gdynia and preparation of materials for transport in accordance with Appendix 1 to the Agreement (OPZ) and the guidelines contained in Appendix No. 7 to the OPZ,

7. performance of other activities necessary for the proper performance of the Agreement, in accordance with Appendix 1 to the Agreement (OPZ).

Stage 2 - assembly of the Station building structure with the necessary technical infrastructure, i.e.:

1. execution of the framework schedule of assembly works in accordance with Appendix 1 to the Agreement (OPZ),

2. complete assembly of the Station building structure in accordance with Appendix 1 to the Agreement (OPZ) and with: structural design (Appendix 1 to the OPZ), architectural design (Appendix 2 to the OPZ) and ventilation design (Appendix 4 to the OPZ),

3. finishing works together with other elements of the ventilation system in accordance with Appendix 1 to the Agreement (OPZ) and with: structural design (Appendix 1 to the OPZ), architectural design (Appendix 2 to the OPZ) and ventilation design (Appendix 4 to the OPZ).
