The mission of the German Heart Center Munich (DHM) is the care of children, adolescents and adults with heart disease. The Heart Center conducts diagnostics and therapy according to the latest medical knowledge and contributes to the further development of diagnostic and therapeutic concepts through its own practical research.

The guiding principle of the hospital is to bring together the various disciplines required for the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases under one roof, so that patients are optimally cared for in constant close interdisciplinary cooperation. This concept has proven itself excellently in over 40 years and has now found numerous imitators throughout Europe.

There are four clinics and three institutes at the German Heart Center Munich:

- Department of Congenital Heart Disease Surgery and Paediatric Cardiac Surgery

- Clinic for Cardiovascular Diseases in Adulthood

- Department of Pediatric Cardiology and Congenital Heart Defects

- Institute of Radiology and Nuclear Medicine

In order to improve the quality of hospital operations and to harmonize treatment and workflows, digitization of the documentation of medical and personal data in a hospital is essential.

With the procurement of the AiO PCs, the PDMS is to be rolled out on the intensive and normal wards as well as the function points. With the AiO PCs, it should be possible to digitally map the paper-guided patient curve in the PDMS.

All requirements for the devices and accessories are defined in the specifications (document "LV Medical Grade Device.xlsx"). These minimum requirements must be met.

The specified quantity structure is planned according to the current status. However, it is possible that even more devices are needed. Therefore, we demand a fixed price of 12 months for any repurchases.

Price is not the only award criterion. There are 60% on the price and 40% on the ability to deliver.

30 of the tendered AiO PCs are to be delivered at the beginning of April.

The service is awarded on the basis of the EVB-IT purchase contract. The draft contract shall be made available to tenderers.
