The County Administrations have currently 35 national and 93 specific official electronic forms. A total of 21 800 national forms have been submitted during the first 6 months of 2019. The forms are developed in the eDocument designer software and they are now made available online on Fylkesmannen.no the intranet and the extra network. The contract with the current provider has expired and the contracting therefore need to enter into a new contract with a provider of forms. The contracting authority is the data processor and shall communicate the submitted information to the 10 Norwegian County Administrators and to the Governor of Svalbard.
