Maintenance market for green spaces on the CAP Excellence community territory. As part of the technical management of economic activity zones and spaces of community interest, the Cap Excellence Agglomeration Community must maintain the green spaces as defined in article 02 "subject of the contract", of this CCTP. The green spaces concerned relate to the following sites:

- around the following road axes sanitation district: Ax Ignace; Valmy Street; Petrelluzzi Street; rue des Voyageurs; rue Georges Caruel; rue Félix Eboué; rue de la Mutualité (lane nº 1); rue Abel Libany (lane nº 2); rue du Sacré Coeur (lane 3); rue Clara Bourgarel (lane nº 4); rue de la Clinique (lane 5); rue Paul Lacavé; rue Hincelin - quartier Louisy Mathieu: near rue de Bond Bernus; around the roads serving the Cité Louisy Mathieu and the primary school of Carénage - recycling center of Petit Pérou - les Abymes - Canoe Kayak base of Laurisqique - Pointe-à-Pitre - the new district of Perrin - les Abymes - the cultural center of Sonis - les Abymes - in a global way, all the green spaces of community interest, being the subject of a transfer of competence in progress and to come to the EPCI.
