Architect services according to HOAI for performance phases 5-9.

The fiber optic construction and property operation intends to commission architectural services according to HOAI for performance phases 5-9 for a hospital building plus sports hall at the site of the fiber optic clinic in Gütersloh. The construction of the new building is planned in connection with a single-field sports hall.

The building is planned on 2 floors. Enhancement options are possible.

As of now, 5,803 571.43 EUR/net have been calculated as eligible costs.

The new building is divided into the following areas:

— entrance area with central functions and an ambulance,

— 2 stations with 30 beds (including 3 beds in parent-child apartments),

— therapy area,

— Movement hall.

The main access is from the west. In order to be able to reach all areas barrier-free and to ensure supply and disposal logistics, a corresponding

Elevator considered.

On the ground floor there are all rooms for central services with entrance area, central reception and a central multifunction room. and an ambulance. The ambulance, a children's ward with 12 beds and a separate area with 3 parent-child apartments are also provided here.

The youth ward is planned on the first floor, with beds rooms and common areas for 15 patients. It accommodates 15 adolescent patients in single and double rooms. All bed rooms include a shower room with shower, toilet and vanity. Each station has a common day area, a kitchen with dining room and 2 multifunctional group rooms. The care service is arranged centrally so that an insight into all station areas is possible. A large roofed roof terrace with direct access from the station is planned for young people. On the upper floor, all rooms for the therapy offers are combined into a separate part of the building.

An important design basis for the floor plan organization was on the one hand a disability-friendly and barrier-free access of all rooms, on the other hand, a close connection of all function and station areas, the need for short distances and the creation and design of a friendly therapeutic climate.

The traffic areas are clearly structured and offer patients, visitors and staff a problem-free and clear orientation. Widening and narrowing create areas of residence and dwell and support a community-open cooperation.

In the new building, day and service areas to be shared and the bed rooms are combined into their own building zones. The result is a tiered transition from more public areas to the more private bed rooms.

New construction planning creates the structural basis for implementing the medical-therapeutic concept, takes into account high flexibility of use in the long term and offers optimal business organisational conditions.
