Direct call off from the South East Consortium Fire Consultancy Framework for Fire Risk Assessment Services.

Swan have completed a direct award from the South East Consortium Framework (Fire Consultancy). FFT have been appointed to carry out fire risk assessments and support with the development of in-house capability to manage ongoing fire & H & S related requirements. Services breakdown includes: -

Type 1 Fire risk assessments to 644 blocks

Type 3 Fire risk assessments as and when requested (includes 10% of dwellings)

Type 4 Fire risk assessments as and when required

Visual compartmentation and / or fire door surveys

Production of costed performance specifications as and when required
