1.Provision of maintenance services - Anaesthesia equipment - Devices for general anaesthesia
1. The works performed under the contract consist in maintaining the full technical and operational efficiency of the Anaesthesia Equipment - Devices for general anaesthesia and include:
- periodic technical inspections and maintenance specified by the manufacturer, including the replacement of inspection kits;
- commuting, diagnosis, calibration and repair with replacement of damaged parts;
- check and control of safety;
- repair time without the use of spare parts – up to 3 working days
- repair time with spare parts – up to 5 working days
- software and design modifications recommended by the manufacturer, improving work efficiency and safety
- any failures,
- remote diagnostics,
The Contractor declares that he has the appropriate qualified staff in the contract description.
The scope of work depends on the requirements of the manufacturer of the medical device. Certificate of authorization in accordance with the manufacturer's declaration. Repair parts must be brand new and approved for use by the manufacturer of the equipment.
2. The Contractor shall provide maintenance services for medical apparatus and equipment and shall employ employees with qualifications and professional experience specified by manufacturers (importers, distributors) in accordance with the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices, documented by a certificate.
3. The provision of services must be carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements specified in the instructions for use, applicable standards, instructions and relevant regulations, in compliance with health and safety and fire protection regulations, in particular in accordance with the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices.
4. Due to the nature of the contract, the Contractor with the manufacturer's authorization, confirmed by the manufacturer's statement, will receive additional points when evaluating the tenders.
5. The Contractor, together with the Representative of the Contracting Entity, is obliged to keep documentation at the Ordering Party's headquarters, specifying the dates of subsequent inspections, maintenance and service activities, resulting from the instructions for use and manufacturer's recommendations (scheduled replacement of parts, inspection kits).
6. The performance of the technical inspection must be confirmed by an appropriate entry in the technical passport along with a legible signature of the Contractor and the issuance of a service protocol (work sheet) with a full description of the work.
7. The repair must be confirmed by an appropriate entry in the technical passport along with a legible signature of the Contractor and issuing a service protocol (work card) with a full description of the work and specification
Provision of maintenance services for a period of 36 months.
The monthly remuneration for the performance of the subject of the contract will be payable in 36 equal parts.
